Our company, through a public bidding platform, successfully created a series of modern, multifunctional lounges using rigorous processes and innovative designs.
The project was launched through the official bidding platform in July 2025, and all processes were open and fair, ensuring the standardization and high starting point of the project cooperation.
During the bidding phase, our company provided detailed 3D drawings, accurately representing every dimension, structure, and functional layout of the container lounge, laying a solid foundation for its successful implementation.
Before and after the project commenced, our company conducted multiple rounds of in-depth communication to ensure complete alignment from design concepts to construction details, effectively guaranteeing the project’s progress and quality.The entire project, from start to finish, took only about a month, demonstrating an extremely short construction period. Utilizing a modular container construction method, it offers significant advantages in terms of civil engineering, labor, and time costs compared to fixed buildings of the same size, resulting in a high return on investment. The containers are recyclable, aligning with green building principles. The container structure is also mobile; if the driving school’s layout is adjusted in the future, these rest areas can be easily relocated to a new site, avoiding waste caused by redundant construction. This project achieves a perfect blend of economy, environmental protection, and flexibility.
