Yiyu Environmental Protection Technology Equipment Room
This is an innovative container house based on a specially customized shipping container used for storing environmental protection equipment. Both the interior and exterior are decorated and finished, of high quality, sturdy and durable, with an exterior designed by the client. Using 4mm steel plates as wall panels, it retains the robust and durable characteristics of the shipping container. The exterior features a simple white main color scheme, complemented by stylish green wavy and water droplet elements, showcasing the industry attributes of environmental protection equipment while maintaining high visual distinctiveness. The interior can integrate advanced environmental protection equipment such as an “online rejuvenating bioreactor,” achieving efficient space utilization and a high degree of functional integration. This transformation not only revitalizes idle shipping containers but also, with its integrated and movable features, can quickly adapt to the environmental treatment needs of different sites, providing flexible and efficient solutions for environmental scenarios such as wastewater treatment. It vividly embodies the integration of environmental technology and the concept of resource recycling. Complementing this are the reaction room and office built from shipping containers. The interior uses rock wool and decorative wall panels to meet thermal insulation requirements, while the exterior uses 2.5mm steel plates as wall panels, maintaining the robust and durable characteristics of the shipping container.
Liyang Driving School Store
This container coffee shop, built using shipping containers, transforms a transport space into a cleverly designed consumer space, showcasing the unique advantages of repurposed containers. Compared to traditional storefront construction, the robust structure and standardized dimensions of shipping containers allow for more efficient and environmentally friendly space creation. Their modular nature also provides more possibilities for creative design, ultimately resulting in this practical and aesthetically pleasing retreat in a corner of the city. The inherent metallic texture of the shipping containers becomes the most distinctive feature of the space. Without needing to build an additional main structure, the designer could simply cut and modify the containers to incorporate large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural sunlight to flood the interior. The outward-extending bar counters are all built on the sturdy frame of the containers, providing a convenient place for people to relax. While retaining the ruggedness of industrial style, the space is imbued with a delicate warmth through detailed design. This small breakfast shop, converted from a shipping container, perfectly embodies the environmentally friendly concept of “easy recycling” and the flexibility of modular design. It requires no lengthy infrastructure construction period and can be quickly deployed in any corner of the city; the robust container structure reduces maintenance costs, and standardized dimensions facilitate future expansion or relocation. Ultimately, it is not only a breakfast shop delivering delicious flavors, but also a vivid example of the value of converting shipping containers.
Collective dormitory isolation cabin
These are temporary container houses urgently built during the pandemic to quickly respond to the needs of centralized quarantine and temporary accommodation. Their efficient and practical design provides a solid guarantee for epidemic prevention and control. The containers are constructed using standard flat-pack modular units, each measuring 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.89 meters in height. Their compact and regular dimensions facilitate rapid transportation and assembly, and allow for flexible adaptation to different site layouts. The entire project comprises 1,500 container houses, a sufficient scale to simultaneously meet the quarantine accommodation needs of a large number of people, effectively alleviating the pressure of tight quarantine facilities during the pandemic. Each modular housing unit is equipped with complete living facilities, including a full supply of water and electricity. From basic lighting and water supply to all the necessary amenities for daily living, it fully guarantees the basic quality of life for those in quarantine. The modular construction method not only significantly shortens the construction cycle, allowing the modular housing to be put into use in a short time, but also offers the advantages of convenient assembly and disassembly and reusability. It efficiently responds to the urgent needs of epidemic prevention and control while adhering to the concept of resource-efficient construction, becoming an important epidemic prevention carrier for protecting public health during this special period. During the housing installation phase, efficiency is significantly improved: up to 200 people can work together, completing the installation of 300 units per day. Considering the cold climate in Xinjiang, the wall panels are specially made of 75mm thick rock wool sandwich panels to ensure excellent thermal insulation. The housing is a flat container design with a light steel structure; the roof and floor are prefabricated components, requiring only a crane, and two workers can quickly complete the installation of a single unit. The house is fully equipped with a private bathroom, beds, and a dedicated activity area to meet daily living needs; it also features a central kitchen made of multiple flat shipping containers, which can prepare meals for 60 people at the same time.
Camp office building
This is an office and supporting building specifically designed for construction camps. With practicality and efficiency as its core design principles, it perfectly meets the essential needs of temporary office space on construction sites. The building is constructed using standard flat container houses, with a three-story structure. Its dimensions are 36 meters long, 4.5 meters wide, and 8.7 meters high, maximizing space utilization within a limited area. It can accommodate the construction management team for centralized office work without occupying excessive camp space. The flat containers use a color steel sandwich panel structure, providing excellent thermal insulation. The lightweight steel structure ensures the building’s long service life and robust construction. The entire structure is bolted together, allowing for easy disassembly, transportation, installation, and relocation. We have mass-produced multiple container office buildings, widely used in construction sites, factories, and other scenarios to meet temporary office needs. The standard model features a flat design, measuring 3 meters × 6 meters × 2.89 meters. The walkways are constructed with hollow tempered glass curtain walls, offering transparency and practicality. The product boasts advantages such as reusability and easy mobility, allowing for flexible relocation with construction projects. With a service life exceeding ten years, it offers outstanding cost-effectiveness.
Driving school office building
This is a professional driving school office building located in Changzhou, China, specifically built to meet the daily office, teaching management, and student service needs of the driving school. The building has a well-proportioned layout, with a reasonable size of 27 meters long, 7 meters wide, and 6 meters high, ensuring ample internal space while harmoniously integrating with the overall layout of the driving school grounds. The main structure is constructed using heavy steel, offering advantages such as high strength and stability, good seismic performance, and a controllable construction period. From the official commencement of construction to full completion, it took only six months, efficiently transforming the blueprints into the actual building. During construction, we strictly responded to the client’s needs, uploading installation progress videos daily and efficiently coordinating the project throughout. All materials required for the building construction were procured and assembled by us. Due to the heavy steel structure design, the foundation excavation was completed according to specifications. To address the actual operational needs of the driving school, we specifically designed a mobile mini breakfast shop, eliminating the need for additional land use rights applications and flexibly adapting to various usage scenarios. Meanwhile, to improve the convenience for trainees, a public toilet combining light steel structure and brick-concrete materials was built to fully meet the project’s supporting needs.
